- Encouraging them to undergo the courageous journey of changing mindsets, actions and habits
- Exploring mechanisms to change ineffective behaviour and affirm effective behaviour
- Revealing how to reconcile relationships in order to move on to greater self-esteem and interpersonal mastery
As per Personal and Social Capabilities in the National Curriculum, students are invited to identify personal characteristics that contribute to or limit their effectiveness and learn from successes or failures; reflect critically on their emotional responses and choices regarding challenging situations in a wide range of learning and social contexts; and apply and evaluate strategies to preventand resolve interpersonal problems and conflicts.
